Overview
The "Slam Dunk" Program is a 9 hour- 1 day intensive program, designed for clients who have already ridden a motorcycle, and hold current class 5 license, but have not passed a provincial motorcycle exam. The program will consist of both On Track and On Road modules.

Module 1 Vehicle Control on Track :
- Start Up and Shut Down Procedures
- Moving Off & Stopping
- Observation
- Left & Right Turns
- Gear Changing
- Steering & Cornering
- Braking
- Low Speed Maneuvers
- General Motorcycle Knowledge

Module 2 Risk Management on Road :
- Risk Perception (Foresight)
- Following distance 4 seconds (Space)
- Use of signals (Hand & Electronic)
- Risk zones (Intersections) strategy)
- Road Positioning (Space, Eyesight)
- Stop position (ready position)
- Cornering position (Eyesight)
- Responsibility (Attitudes) to others
- Signal/Sign Recognition

Program Pre-Requisites
- Must have a current Alberta Class 5 license.
- Able to operate a motorcycle.
- Attend the RFL classroom portion.
- Have appropriate riding gear, DOT Helmet, MC Jacket and Pants, over the ankle boots and leather gloves.
