Motorcycle - Refresher Program

Length: 9 hours (all on motorcycle)

Overview

This program is designed for riders who want to refresh their riding skills whether they have been away from riding for a short, or long time. This program consists of on-bike training and theory sessions.

9 Hours of On-Bike Skill training
Refresher of basic Ride For Life program
Program customized to each student's specific needs
Personalized coaching and mentoring by a senior instructor
Motorcycles can be supplied, various styles are available
4:1 student/instructor ratio

Program Requirements

Motorcycle must be insured and registered to the rider (ownership and insurance will be confirmed at class)
Motorcycle must be in full working order with no leaks or mechanical defects
Rider must have valid Alberta Class 6 driver's license
Riders must have Full riding gear consisting of no less than:
- DOT Approved Full Face Helmet (Full Face Helmets can be rented for $15 per day)
- Motorcycle jacket (either leather or synthetic with the armor in)
- Full leather motorcycle gloves (no motocross gloves or work gloves)
- Motorcycle pants (either leathers, chaps, textile, or strong jeans)
- Leather boots that are supportive and go above the ankle
