Advanced Driver Safety Programs

	FSI offers a choice of driving programs for both public and corporate clients with an aim to provide a better understanding of defensive driving techniques and gain valuable collision avoidance skills. FSI is currently building a new practical training in the Calgary area. This area is located in North and East of Calgary, just a few kilometers from the Country Hills / Ring Road interchange. The training area is custom designed for advanced driver safety training and is capable of supporting a variety of light vehicles such as SUVs and ½ tons among others.

Program One: Track Days

	Program Details:
	Morning: Vehicle Dynamics and Weight Transfer Exercises Slalom Collision Avoidance Emergency Braking Skid Control Rear Crash Avoidance Safe Backing 4X4 / All Wheel Drive Training (if required)
	Afternoon: Review Road course on both gravel and pavement

Program Two: ½ Day One-on-One Training


	Program Details: Vehicle Dynamics and Weight Transfer Exercises Slalom Collision Avoidance Emergency Braking Skid Control Rear Crash Avoidance Safe Backing 4X4 /All Wheel Drive Training (if required) Defensive Driving Techniques

Program Three: Winter Driving Tips and Hints: 2 hours

Program Details:

Emergency Braking on a slippery surface (ABS and Progressive Squeeze)
Skid Control
Turns and Curves in slippery conditions
4X4 / All Wheel Drive Training
Defensive Driving Techniques
