Length:

7.0 hours: 3.0 hours in classroom, and 4.0 hours in vehicle.1.5 hours for lunch

Overview

This program is specially designed to meet the needs of Energy Sector drivers. This 1 Day course is particularly well suited to meet the needs of companies and drivers who desire more in-depth training and hands-on experience. Students learn the latest in Defensive Driving theory as well as participate in practical, hands-on, in-vehicle training that reinforces good driving habits and skills. Students are given professional driver assessments using the FSI 63 Point Driver Assessment as well as 1 on 1 driving time in FSI's specially designed Skid Vehicles.

Classroom training is a combination of Instructor led discussion and scenario based training. A variety of multimedia resources are used to enhance the program and increase retention. All topics are research based and modular in nature. Programs can be customized to suit the clients needs.

Cost
    1:1 Ratio
Driver Assessment Vehicles: Usually :Supplied by Student (Company Vehicle)
Students normally use the vehicle they drive for work. This helps makes the training even more relevant. Except for the Skid portion that is done in our Skid vehicle
